For the last 5 years we've been shaping our value offer and molding it more and more into something we love doing; helping others grow. Onirico began as a design and business consultancy ran by me, @gilbertorey. In the last 5 years, we took on projects that varied in process, solution, and outcomes, but always with a focus on alignment and growth. We learned how to be consultants, to listen and diagnose before prescribing a solution or confirming a self-diagnosed prescription. And from these experiences, we introduced to you a more targeted offering for businesses seeking the RIGHT solution not just a solution. We've taken the best of what we do in design, branding, and marketing and fined tuned them into effective workshops and programs that help businesses grow. You can learn about that offering here.

BUT——— The Vision Manual is something a little different from that. It's an extension. In the last 5 years, we've been obsessed with the concept of vision and how it plays in business. The root of change is vision; whether yours or someone else's. Change is inevitable and yet we discovered how easily it is for even those of us with a strong vision and focus can get side tracked and how much harder it is to build a team that understands and embodies that vision for the well being of the business and more importantly the people impacted by the business.

The visionmanual.com is a space for us to share and enter into dialogue over our thoughts and ideas. A space where we can uncover insights together as we navigate our ever changing and ever more so connected world.
